2.) Products will not be sold below MSRP

3.) Shipments will be shipped by ground transportation unless otherwise agreed

4.) Please allow 5-15 business days for delivery

5.) Shipping costs will be calculated by Le Prunier and are the buyer's responsibility

6.) All sales are non-refundable unless a Return Authorization is approved

7.) Le Prunier is not responsible for lost or stolen product

8.) Bidding on any of the following terms as internet search terms is expressly prohibited: (a) Le Prunier, (b) Le Prunier Plum Beauty Oil, (c) Plum Beauty Oil, (d) Le Prunier Plumscreen, (e) Plumscreen, (f) Plum Superfruit Complex, (g) Tradition Meets Innovation, and (h) Power of Plum. In addition, bidding on any terms that are similar to or combinations of any of the aforementioned terms or any of Le Prunier’s future trademarks or product names as internet search terms is also expressly prohibited.
